Relaxing overall experience. Nicely decorated hotel located not far from Tram line 10 and the central station in the other direction. Very friendly, responsive people working here. Brand-new rooms with great facilities and lovely decor and a beautiful bathroom and nice breakfast.

The room had a great bathroom with separate showers and a beautiful bathtub. There were fun adult toys provided, but we didn't use them. The bed was a huge circular bed and very comfy. The staff was accommodating and helpful, even noticing and informing me about leaving my car open. The room had a nice design and good soundproofing.

It's gorgeous hotel with courteous staff and free internet. The location in a lovely area was marvellous and comfortable and there were a market and shopping centers nearby. The room was luxury, had separate bathroom.

Make sure to get deluxe king room with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom and great facilities. There is a tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. The hotel provides a great service.

The location was comfy, a 10-15 minute walk from Leutschenlicht. The hotel room was brand-new and nicely decorated with bank vault, comfortable bed plus lovely decor.

Everything in the hotel was fantastic and met expectations. Everyone we encountered was very professional and responsive. Our room was a nice size and provided with all amenities and a working bath and chocolate as expected. Location: the property was so close to the stadium and a residential area. The lunch in Hongxi close to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The hotel is in a marvellous and comfortable location very close to a tram station. The breakfast has nice options with an egg station, toast plus variaties.

The location offered was reasonably priced and convenient very close to multiple tram lines and the main train station and industrial area which too far from downtown Zurich. Perfect service from all the really helpful staff that I interacted with. Liked the room with an incredible bath, my bed was perfect.

Great room decoration and design, complimentary bottle of water, excellent shower gel and shampoo, good value for the price, possibility of late check-out, efficient and friendly staff.
